Our Investment Team

James Fitzpatrick
Jim is the founding principal of Princeton Capital Management and is Chairman of the Investment Committee. He has a long, rich history in investment management with a number of major institutions. Prior to founding PCM, Jim served as Director of Investments for the YMCA Retirement Fund, where he managed over $1 billion in fund assets. He began his career as a financial economist at Moody's Investors Services, and thereafter managed assets at Lionel D. Edie and Co., Citicorp - Pension Trust Department, and Smith Barney & Co. He has also been an advisor to several venture capital partnerships. Jim earned a BA in Economics from The College of William and Mary, and completed the curriculum requirements for his PhD degree in Economics at Columbia University.

William Hamill
Bill has been a member of Princeton Capital Management’s investment team since the early 1990’s. His prior experience includes Executive Vice President of Dresdner and Company (an investment advisory firm), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Marion Manufacturing Company, Director and a member of the Executive Committee of Shaw Industries, and Chairman of Denby Associates. Bill earned a BA from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.

Robert Hoffman
Rob is a member of Princeton Capital Management’s senior management and the investment team. His extensive experience in the investment industry includes serving most recently as the Managing Member of Candlewood Capital Management, LLC, an investment advisory firm specializing in diversified US equity hedge fund portfolios. Prior to co-founding Candlewood, Rob led the Growth & Income Equity Group at Scudder Kemper Investments, where he managed over $20 billion in separate accounts and mutual funds. Before that, Rob spent several years as the New Jersey Assistant State Treasurer for Pensions and Investment. He continued his involvement with the state by serving for more than a decade on the State Investment Council, the oversight board for all New Jersey liquid assets, including its $75+ billion pension plans. Rob graduated from Dartmouth College with an AB in Economics and received his MBA with highest distinction from Northwestern University’s JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Carlton Savoye
Carlton is a member of Princeton Capital Management’s investment team. He has been in the high net worth portfolio management and investment research professions for more than twenty years. Prior to joining PCM, Carlton was associated with Davidson Capital Management, a high net worth investment management and trust company based in Devon, PA. Carlton also served in similar capacities for both The Glenmede Trust Company and Mellon Private Asset Management. His research experience includes work for Daily Insights, a New York-based firm specializing in the research of high-yield bonds and small capitalization U.S. stocks. Carlton graduated with a BS degree in Finance from San Francisco State University, cum laude, and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jordan Schreiber
As a member of Princeton Capital Managementís investment team, Jordan is responsible for the analysis of healthcare sector equities. Prior to his association with PCM, Jordan was a Managing Director at BlackRock, Inc. and Senior Portfolio Manager of the BlackRock Healthcare Fund. Earlier in his career he was a healthcare stock specialist for a number of institutions including Citibank. Jordanís educational degrees include a BBS in Accounting and Statistics from Oklahoma University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a PhD in Far East Studies from New York University.

Shilpi Mukherjee
Shilpi conducts industry and company analysis for Princeton Capital Managementís investment team. Her experience prior to joining PCM includes six years of international finance with Citigroup, where she was responsible for asset backed lending, credit structuring and operations. Before that she was an analyst at Wipro Ltd., working on electronic switching networks and communication devices. Shilpi has an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Birla Institute of Technology. She received an MBA in Finance from XLRI School of Management and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
