R. Berkeley, III
R. Berkeley, III, is the Vice-Chairman of the
NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. He has been a Director
of Princeton Capital Management since 1990, and
presently serves as Chairman. Prior to his affiliation
with NASDAQ, Al was involved in the formulation
of the highly successful technology effort at
Alex Brown & Sons, where he held senior positions
in research, investment banking and mergers and
acquisitions. He has served on the Board of Directors
of Cognos, Inc. ,CompuCom Systems, Computer Language
Research, Comshare,Inc., IMNET Systems ,Inc.
and Safeguard Scientific.
David L. Askren has held senior-level
banking executive positions with broad experience in
managing units in the United States and Europe. Previous
to his current position as Managing Director of CDC
North America, Inc., he served as Senior Vice President
of American Express Bank, President of American Express
Bank International, and Vice President and Director
of Chemical Bank. Mr. Askren has been a Director of
Princeton Capital Management since 1990.
Jay C. LickDyke has been in the investment business for his entire career.
He has held positions at Fahnestock & Co.,
Gruntal & Co., Ingalls & Snyder, and Van
Cleef Partners. He has been a Director of Princeton
Capital Management since 1996.
