Alfred R. Berkeley, III, has been a Director of PCM since
1990, and presently serves as Chairman. Previously, he was President
and Vice-Chairman of The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. Prior to his affiliation
with NASDAQ, Mr. Berkeley was involved in the formulation of the highly
successful technology effort at Alex. Brown & Sons, where he held
senior positions in research, investment banking and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Berkeley received a BA from the University of Virginia and
was awarded an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
David L. Askren has been a Director of PCM since 1990. Mr.
Askren is currently Managing Director of IXIS North America Inc., the
U.S. arm of the largest financial entity in France. Prior to joining
IXIS, he served as President at the Garrison Financial Group, a multinational
financial management and consulting company. Previously, he served as
Senior Vice President at the American Express Bank, where he spearheaded
the international marketing effort. Mr. Askren received a BA in Economics
from Yale University and studied towards an MBA at New York University.
Mr. Askren currently serves on the Board of Trustees of American Turners
and as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the Spanish Institute.
William C. Cox, III has been a Director of PCM since 2002. Mr. Cox is the Director, Strategic Business Development and Distribution Foreign Exchange Futures and Options for Dublin-based Baxter Financial Services Limited. Previously, he was Chairman, CEO and Founding Partner at Transaction TV, Inc., a B2B Web site for online food, wine and beverage trading. Mr. Cox utilized his expertise in advertising, marketing and research when he was affiliated with Dow Jones & Co., where he also served as a member of the Steering Committee and as Managing Director for Dow Jones Indexes. Mr. Cox earned a BS in Business Administration from Boston University, and Certificates from New York University School of Information Technologies and the Executive Program of the NYU Stern School of Direct Marketing.
Matthew J. Mancuso has been a Director of PCM since 1996.
He is currently a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald Capital Markets.
Mr. Mancuso spent most of his career at Bear Stearns & Co. holding such
positions as Product Manager for Mortgage Sales, Manager of Domestic
Taxable Fixed-Income Sales, Manager of Global Taxable Fixed-Income Sales
and Marketing and ultimately the Head of all Taxable Fixed-Income Sales.
He was named a Partner and subsequently elected to its Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Mancuso pioneered cross sector and
government bond arbitrage at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Mancuso
received a BA in Political Science from Princeton University.
